entire bar, depending on one's mood. Parkingis deinitely not a problem here

After having spent the rest of Friday evening at Changes and meeting some very interesting people. Lucy was spent. However the munchies apparently struck andoff to the Family Restaurant the party went. This restaurant, formerly the Golden Griddle, is a fun spot in which to end the evening. By day a predominately "straight" place. at 2 30 am, especially on weekends the patronage becomes completely gay Everyone in town seems to suddenly descend on it and take cver

Lucy happily took the lead of the little caravan across town to Logan's Off-Broadway. Here Cita, owner-manager of this all women's bar met the group and made them welcome This bar features juke-box music. anicdium-sized dance floor and ample seating arrangements. Women are welcomed and encouraged to come out and enjoy the company of other women in a very pleasant and warm atmosphere

Pinball and pool are available also

Once again the clock glided onward and Lucy maneuvered everyone to cars and on to the

next bar

This time it was the Olde English Tavern. This is a fairly small cruise bar which has an easy but inviting atmosphere. The dance floor is small but can be expanded somewhat and the music is provided by juke-box. The crowd is mixed and very friendly

The next stop along the way was the Twylight Lounge, owned and operated by Pinky and Shep This is deinitely a hot spot on weekends and combines both show-bar and cruise-bar atmosphere into a high-energy environment. The shows are good and draw heavily on local talent

There is ample time and availability between shows to cruise and gossip and the mixed crowd takes full advantage of the possibilities Partying, friendli ness and hot times rule in this bar and Lucy did enjoy the facilities to their fullest

However not wanting to miss a thing. Lucy gathered the GEARS together, punched the clock and took off for the Rudely Elegant Disco last step of the evening

The Rudely, familiarly called is an enormous place. The decor is basically Oriental Two long bars one on each side of the room, are set-up and take care of a very large, hot, mixed crowd This is definitely the chic "in" spot in Columbus and has a very electrifying atmosphere The sound and light shows are good

although smaller than one might expect in a place as large as it is.

The dj's booth sets high above the floor and gives an excellent. view of both the size and quality of the bar. This is the newest disco bar in town and the crowds show they appreciate it.

Lucy and the Party really let it go here and partyed-hardy right into the after-hours with which the Rudely is experimenting Apparently no firm decision had been made but Columbus may soon have its first After-Hours bar

Thoroughly exhausted from such a busy but enjoyable weekend in town, Lucy began tu plan for the return trip to Cleveland on Sunday. There is a lot to do in Columbus whether a person lives in the area or is an out-of-towner. Whether u is social or political services that are needed, assistance can be easily found Columbus has come a long way these last few years and the future looks bright and promising for continued growth.
